When Evening Falls...

skies serenely bright,
then fade away into grey,
and slowly darken

Serene sunset from the bedroom window after an extremely lazy afternoon which I now regret :)

Shopping, a quick visit to deliver some cardboard tubes to a blipping friend, and chiropractor appointment this morning when I had needles put in my back....

All I seem to have done this afternoon is read or doze on the sofa....what a lazy woman.  As a result I'm now very stiff and should probably have moved around more today...

Only 2,991 steps done!  Must do better tomorrow...
