Minding The Age Gap

Said farewell to dad-in-law (in his 80's) who was driven back home to Edinburgh.....

....then a few hours later, said farewell to youngest (only just left her teens) on this railway platform as she got the train to London for a week.

I'm somewhere in the middle of the age gap.
