Helen

Helen arrived tonight from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. Great to see her again and we started to catch up with things in our local Frankfurter on the terrace. So lovely that we have this annual weekend visit!

I'm still catching up on sleep from my 24 hour trip home yesterday and, unusually for me, I had a siesta in the afternoon and actually fell fast asleep!
