Between Driftwood

Had a nice walk on the beach early this morning. Thought I had by blip in the bag until Laura & I went for a drive. First stop was Fort Flagler where this butterfly was kind enough to stay still long enough for me get this shot. Didn't do research to identify it. I will call it a accommodating, pretty butterfly.

People are coming over for dinner tonight so we have to start thinking about getting things prepared.

I am grateful for a beautiful day, fluffy clouds, blue skies and great companionship.
