All Clean

I landed back at Heathrow early this morning. I am now on V A C A T I O N!!

I had a nap this morning and this afternoon I ran some errands which included a MUCH needed car wash!  It’s been disgusting for awhile - dusty from no rain. But I wasn’t about to get it cleaned when I was doing nothing but back to back flying. I’m sure some of the caked on dirt was  jet-fuel from being parked right under the landing planes.

I discovered something interesting while I was there. It’s stifling hot inside the car when going through the car wash. The water doesn’t cool it down. I had to remember not to open the window! I wish I’d chosen the quick wash!

OK - the car is clean - it can rain now!
