I went on a lovely walking tour in Manchester City centre today - looking at the bee in Architecture, decoration and street art. Really interesting.
This shot shows our group's reflection in the ceiling of the structure connecting the library and part of the town hall (known to the tour guides as the 'Blob'!)
Extra shows one of the many globes to be found on stone, on coats of arms etc also depicting 7 bees which represent 7 working days of the week.
