Horniman: Postmen Feeding and Flying

Revisted the Horniman's butterfly house, but this time I took the macro AND flash. Certainly provided different opportunities (esp. for isolating subjects and freezing motion), and choosing would have been very difficult had I not been hoping to catch one in flight... I enjoyed playing with lighting angles, which revealed different aspects of each creature (e.g. Tree nymph: front lit, side lit, backlit).

Other favourites:
Tiger longwings: mating, feeding
Lacewing: feeding with friend, deep feeding
Malachite: top, top with flower, beneath (backlit), beneath (front lit)
Blue morpho: on leaf, on pineapple
Clippers: blue, bluer, brown, all the colours
