Hard Core

This is what happens when you don’t pay attention when tossing an apple core out of the car window...

It hits the roof of the car and bounces right back at you (and leaves a big sticky patch). The cause of much hilarity this afternoon on our way home from a nice day at the spa, S having claimed my July pass.

It was back home to cook up a couple more Persian dishes from the cookbook I mentioned yesterday - more winners!
