Sunday: King and Lion

We headed down to the Ovaltine Cafe for breakfast this morning. We think it's great but I think that John might have found the neighbourhood just a bit too gritty.

We walked round Strathcona for a while before heading to Jericho Beach where we enjoyed a good long wade on the mud flats. On a hot day like today it was just the thing.

Strathcona has quite a few of these type of accommodations.
