Early

I am posting very early because I got up even earlier.  This is what the world looked like a very short time before the sun broke the horizon.  It was very cool down by the river and at that time of day the birds could hardly be bothered to get out of my way.  I saw deer and a heron, also a fox that shot across my path a couple of metres in front of me, looking rather caught out.

Some of you asked yesterday what the lens was I bought.  It's a 100-400 Fuji.   I shall have fun with it, I know.
