Pissoir break.....

....in the fields of gold.

What a great day, after working a lot this week I decided to give myself a break, so I had 3 hours on the mountain bikes with the old man, watched and caught up on the Tour De France which has been truly epic, watched the last Motogp I had missed.

All very enjoyable, then on to my mom and dad's with Claire for a lovely Salmon dinner made by my wonderful mum, also had a good catch up with the patient.

A great weekend in the bag.
