I spent the afternoon in the garden, and the little family of blue tits kept visiting the bird feeder,sadly I did not manage a non blurry shot of them, but then this fella climbed up into the compost bin to help himself (repeatedly) to the remains of a water melon.  Such a shame that Alfie the big fat cat is no longer with us as it means I shall have to use other methods to try to get rid. I am hoping they are not living in the compost as I emptied it out not that long ago. Next door have a large decked area so I wonder if it/they are nesting under there.
