A lovely lovely day spent hanging out with the Lyden/Wilsons...the only downside to today has been Danny waking up with acute pain in his achilles heel that radiated up his calf - Dad took him to a walk in clinic and they've diagnosed chronic achilles tendonitis. Strong painkillers, anti inflammatories, ice, rest and crutches...and the advice to find a good physio long term.
Loved this pic of Allegra...and an extra of Asha and Zion who thoroughly enjoyed playing together.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Walk in clinics.
2) Time to just 'be' with Deb, Paul and Ju.
3) Fish and chips for tea!!!
