Farewell Skippy

This car has belonged to Paul since 2004 and has done 300070 miles - yes that isn’t a mistake . The garage where we have had it serviced declared it the highest mileage vehicle which they have ever dealt with. As you can see it wasn’t lovingly looked after - once it leaked and it lost its rear seats it was an inevitable decline . It couldn’t be locked in the finish and the windows had to be propped closed but it was always safe and often passed MOTs with very little spent on it !! Paul used it for his commute to Bournemouth before he retired and recently it was very useful for trips to the local Dump with garden waste !
Now it’s gone to that Scrapyard in the Sky .......
