Pastures new

Over to A&N’s old house to pack up a bit. She’s still not feeling very well so we sat in the garden with tea for a while-unbelievably hot already by 9am!
Drove through country lanes to the new place to collect the keys and looked round it and measured up for tables and other stuff - they’re both very excited and A is full of plans about how she wants to set it all up. She was very pleased not to have to plan for a study now she’s no longer a student (but we took bets on how long it would be before she started a masters!) After we unpacked the cars we went to a pub for lunch. Had to pick a shady spot as it was just baking! Planned house stuff then left A&N to go back to packing and I set off home. Had to stop for a snooze at a service station but otherwise fine. Arrived to rain!
