Cooling Off

Weather in this part of the world has hit the 90s so everyone is finding creative ways to cool off.  This guy seemed happy with his simple solution for beating the heat.  His "launch" was a bit ungainly, meaning he and his tube careened off the bank head first, but once he got right side up he was off and floating.   Come to think of it, that might not be a bad way to watch the osprey, although I don't think I want to try it with a camera around my neck.
