But I wasn’t up there to enjoy the sun merely to chip the caked mud out of the tracks of my trainers. I have another Nordic Walking session tomorrow so will have to wear shoes or boots. May try my walking boots tomorrow to see whether they’re more comfortable; how I envy people whose feet are not always too hot!
This afternoon I’m supposed to be at a pool party which is being given as a thank you to all convenors of U3A Interest Groups; sadly for me it’s more torture than pleasure so still not really sure whether I’m going...
I reckon with all this heat we deserve a really cold winter. Cold is good but wet not really.
