Morning coffee Part 2

Every year on her birthday Mrs.K receives from a national retail chain a voucher for afternoon tea for two. The birthday was several weeks ago but you can use it later and they don’t mind if you have your tea at 11 a.m.

It consists of sandwiches, tea or coffee and scones with clotted cream and jam.

Today was our first opportunity to enjoy this freebie. Moreover, as we were in Stockport the paper edition of the crossword had been pushed through our home letterbox 75 miles away. But Mrs.K. came to the rescue with her iPad Mini download.
