Nest material

When these wild flowers (Queen Anne's lace I think?!) have finished flowering, they tend to curl in on themselves into a little round shape and I think they would make perfect nests for little a dormouse or field mice!  I wonder if they do ever use them in the fields?  It looks so cosy and warm inside and they are very soft!
