A day of 2 halves

No work today so had an early swim at 9am. Then went to the hairdressers to get my hair yellowed up. Walked the dogs followed by a light lunch. First half over.

At 2.30pm I had a dental appointment for root canal work. This is not an experience I would want to repeat. They can take the teeth out in future and I will just suck in spaghetti through the gaps.
