Street art by phlegm

I had a wee walk around my old 'new' city of Aberdeen this afternoon and took this pic of wall art recently done as part of the Nuart Festival held in April this year. I'm not sure what the artist's thinking is on their piece, but will hopefully find out once I get around to doing one of the tours of all the art around the city.
