Lily

I bought this plant about 5 years ago and put it in a pot. It never flowered again so last autumn I planted bits around the garden and as I was watering today spotted this flower. Am delighted I've got it to flower again.
A nice quiet day. I decided to wash my bed sheets although it was drizzly when I got up. I expected the weather to clear up but no it drizzled all morning, the grass is looking better now and would you believe there are mushrooms growing on it! I got round to taking my heavy winter bedspread/ eiderdown to the launderette as well.
I did a bit of shopping then sat and read all afternoon. I finished the book. I'm going to a talk by the author next week.
