Parr Fold Park

I had a short stroll around the park after tea, and liked the shadows on this tree.

A pretty good day. J saw the consultant this morning, who was pleased with his progress. Once some dvla paperwork is complete then he’s got the ok to drive again, and looking to go back to work in a few weeks time. I worked from home this afternoon to save the commute, and managed to get a swim at lunchtime. Feeling much for some exercise![
