Finally....

Our first visit this year to our favorite beach, Margaree Harbor Beach!   It was lovely, even if it was a bit challenging for me to hike up the small sand dun - and trying to stay balanced in the water was a bit tricky!  but i managed!  The drive there and back is just so beautiful in itself.

Finally decided it is time to go see a Chiropractor!   i don't feel like i'm getting a lot of assistance from the traditional medical system.....still have no MRI appointment....so i'm going to explore alternative systems.
I used to go the chiropractor regularly years ago and had great results, just never got myself lined up with one out here....so now it is time!
