Watching The World Go By

Clare left for work, a ‘Long Day’ is exactly what it says on the tin, 7:00am to 8:00pm, Sam was up and away as well, no quite so long for her only 6:00am to 2:00pm.
Mark and I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at home before setting off down town. By 12 we had made it to the The Front where over the course of three hours we watched the world go by over a pint or three of real ale.
Sam joined us for a ‘swift half’ and we all enjoyed a relaxing afternoon.
It’s always good to spend time with Mark and it’s always good to enjoy a decent beer in the sunshine with good company.
