Heading for shade.

Another scorcher in the fens today so had the roof down and sat eating my lunch out in the countryside before heading to give someone a helping hand for the afternoon. Not a day for exertion but it had to be today - my friend was struggling in the heat despite drinking copious amounts of water and having a couple of ice creams from his freezer AND he is younger than me. lol
