Snow trees
It was absolutely beautiful this morning with lots of snow covering Bath so I grabbed my bike and cycled into Victoria Park early to take some shots. This is one of them, heavily contrasted.
I love the effect snow has on people... I even saw someone snowboarding in front of the Royal Crescent, which is something you don't see every day!
A lot of the schools seemed to be shut so the kids got the day off. Lucky things! Had a massive snowball fight with Stan, Wilf and his mates. It's been a long while since I've messed around in snow as good as that. Great fun.
Then went to the hospital to get the results of an MRI scan on my head - nothing serious, just a bit of unexplained dizziness which, as far as I can tell, is going to remain unexplained. I wanted to take copies of the scan images home with me (hey, it's always nice to have concrete proof that you have a brain) but a combination of me forgetting a memory stick (memory, brain, huh?) and the doctor being very unsure about whether he could give me copies anyway meant I ended up with a single image printed out on paper. Perhaps I should have blipped that?!
Then spent the rest of the day at work. Shame. Ah well... I think the kids had a good day.
Finally got the insurance on my camera sorted. Oh, and we've moved our broadband from BT to O2 which already seems much better (touch wood).
