Little fluffy clouds

Another HOT day.  My office was stifling today - can't wait to escape to the west country and some much cooler/wetter weather soon.

A few of us sat in one of our air-conditioned meeting rooms at lunchtime - a brief respite from the heat in the rest of the building.

I did manage to do some sit ups this evening though - getting on quite well with my fitness kick at the moment, as is Tim :)
