It's Wednesday and we walked!

Twenty three walkers were on the long walk (11miles) ably led by Brian W. He based it on one of the original Haltwhistle Rings walks and modified it to make it long enough. It meant that we visited Linnshields waterfall twice today. It is a favourite spot and we were relieved to see water there.

At one farm we saw the sign about the dog. Said dog was lying as seen and made no move or sound as we took our pictures - well not until we were too close and then he barked very loudly.

There was enough breeze to make walking comfortable, but we were glad to have no significant climbs on the route.

Arth had to be soothed by an ice pack when we were back at home and seems pretty settled after it.

Oscar came to eat. Daisy is in and ready to go to bed!
