Twisted Trees

These beautiful gnarled and twisted old trees are to be found at Arne RSPB nature reserve, where my youngest son, dog and I spent a happy couple of hours wandering amongst the trees and along the shoreline (today's blip for my b&w journal) - such a beautiful place!

At the end of the afternoon, I was thrilled that my son's young lady was able to join us for one night before I have to say goodbye to them both. We had a lovely evening together - chat, G&T, dinner outside, more chat.......
