Political Art I

I promised a strange journey.  In the Whiteaker area, I found a large empty lot--the size of 2 to 4 house lots, depending on what you consider an average lot size--with artwork all around the edges.  There were 4 portraits-the most conventional art present.  Apparently each one represents someone who was a rebel in some way.  I took pictures of 2, this being one.  Not sure who this depicts.
