Some colour in the rain

This is the small bouquet of flowers I bought myself yesterday when grocery shopping. With all the rain we have been having I thought there was a need for a pop of colour.

This morning Pam came to visit with me for a while from church. It was nice having her come by and getting to know me and how I deal with things with my MS I thought we had a good visit.

The afternoon was spent on the sofa napping after I had spent a little time researching the nutritional value of a few different things

Even with the napping I don’t see a problem for sleep tonight.
