Dunedin houses

This is one of Dunedin's many many old character houses.

So many are neglected flats or empty. Some of them must be GORGEOUS though - modern, liveable while their character is preserved. Quite a challenge to meet both criteria.

Would love to go have a look at one like that.

This one is a sad rental.
