Early run

After an early night - Deb and I popped out for a quick run before Mike was awake and before the first of our "youngsters" arrive for the workshop. We went up the path by Causey pike, towards outerside, and ran down the valley to Braithwaite - only 4 miles, but it felt good.

The D of E states that the workshop needs to run between certain hours over the 5 days, so they started arriving from 10.30 this morning. 

Had an short trip out to Castlerigg, before we returned to deal with camera set-ups etc.
