Long Beach Selfie

I enjoyed walking around downtown Long Beach today, looking at both new and historic buildings. 

The reflected building here is one with personal significance for me, as it is where I went to the offices of the Bureau of Adoptions back in 1978, and spoke to a kind woman who showed me my file, thereby enabling me to locate my birth family. I don't think she was supposed to do this back in those days, so I will always be grateful to her.
