Exciting day

Abe has had quite the day today. Firstly, he enjoyed watching the solar eclipse with us and then had snuggles with Little Miss. Next, Abe and his buddy, Nikau, chilled out in the sun in Little Miss' window, watching the goings on outside.

Once he'd had a nap, Little Miss and I took him over to catch up with LM and SP in Gisborne. He met the famous Gallahad, some alpacas, a couple of large cows, Freki, Uther (a Jack Russell who tried to eat him!) and Maab (the cutest little Scottish Terrier). He had a blast, even seeing a large kangaroo through the fence and four Wedge-tailed eagles flying above him.

Just as we were leaving, Little Boy Blue (a sheep) decided to come and say 'hello'. He tried to get into the car with us to come home. All very exciting for a little puppy. The extras show some of his adventures today.

Then home for a wash (he got a bit muddy) and a big sleep.

He's recharged and ready for more excitement now. I think we might be ready for a rest though!
