Bugging
I joined the bunch of Flygals that were netting bugs in Lolo Creek. An entomologist volunteered her time to teach us how to read the bugs we scooped up. We classified the bugs into the Big 13 that determines the fly one uses in fishing. I now think I can pick the proper fly for various stretches of a river by observing the insects and their larvae. The 15 of us then shared a picnic of beer and burgers. Great gals...good times.
