Reflections of a day
The loch is partly frozen and the snow lies atop it, like a carpet.
The ducks and swans leave lovely padding trails across the ice. A webbed hunt for open water.
The Lesser Scaup, as it is now called, seems to have a pal. I hesitate to call it a mate, but hopefully, if he remains with us, we may see some even smaller Lesser Scaup in the spring.
