Most Vistied State park....

Would be Deception Pass State Park and this is the infamous Deception Pass Bridge.  I thought the big long haul truck going over could possibly be fellow blipper JohnSmiley, however I knew he doesn't drive this route.  Still pretty impressive to see it going over the bridge.  Fidalgo and Whidbey Island are connected by this bridge and the Skagit waters from the Sound go into the Straits of Juan de Fuca here.  See more information here  Extra is of the part of the pass where the smaller boats come through.
