Cherish the small things

I spent some time yesterday on a ladder, trimming and also training the vines of our Jasmine plants to climb OVER the top of the pergola. This will give us a bit more shade when we sit there, which is so welcome in the summer months. 

It was serendipitous that I created this index card art and added the saying I choose, because the small detail photo of the jasmine is truly my favorite!
