An Insight Into The Life Of A Young Gardener

A long overdue and well needed catch up with LoveLupins at Harewood House today. We walked and talked, drank tea, ate cake and caught a ferry across the lake...and of course we indulged in some photography. The WWI Seeds Of Hope exhibition in the Bothy gave a fabulous insight into the life of a young gardener in those times and some super photogenic compositions.

The weather was kind and stayed dry, if not slightly windy... and the sun was definitely shining on the magnificent display of sunflowers in the greenhouses and the fruit and vegetables growing in the walled kitchen garden.
