Democracy in action

Tonight Mrs BH and I went to a hustings for Thursday's Police and Crime Commissioners election.

Very glad we went - we've both pretty much made up our minds who to vote for. Which I guess was the whole point. But disappointed they didn't have time for my question on how they'd combat hate crime... Perhaps I should have asked it earlier?
