Its raining

Over the last two weeks there have been a few false starts, when rain gently came down for five or ten minutes
But yesterday afternoon it came down for a bit longer
But it really started overnight and is still going
Steady rather than torrential.
Still windy, but as the leaves are now wet, they are not being swirled round in a whirlpool
