Explosive Atmosphere

I'd just come out of the front door of the local supermarket in Birmingham and walking up the road to the DIY shop spotted this sign in a little plot of waste ground.  As it's in the middle of an area of Birmingham it did throw me! I also noted another notice saying landfill. I'm glad I don't smoke!
