When we were at RSPB Minsmere on Monday I bought a new bird bath but alas when I unpacked it there was a hair line crack along one edge.  Hence today, in the rain,we took it back but it couldn't be exchanged as they have sold out and will let me know when new stock arrives.   As I needed a new seed feeder, the plastic holder had perished and the sunflower hearts just fell out on the old one, I bought another squirrel proof one.   It was full of sunflower hearts when I put it on the  feeder station, judging by the level now I think I can safely say it's a hit with the Blue and Great Tits.
