Norwegian-made biscuits

Last weekend I had a visitor for our BBQ from Norway, an old friend from York University. She brought these biscuits captured in the blip. Today not expecting anyone lovely surprise that my younger brother and family called on their way home To Essex. Just a cup of tea? But these biscuits provided an original accompaniment to the tea. Nice surprise.
