Rainy sunday

Managed to beat the rain with an early walk along the river. The path had been eroded during storms in recent years. A community collaberation with local contractors and a volunteers group has worked wonders and a new path has magically appeared in the last two weeks. Been avoiding the river because Mr Luka super spaniel can't resist the ducks!!

Feeling not too bad. Cooked a roast chicken dinner tonight and did it justice. Glass of wine or two too. Mum bought birthday cake as well. Nice day of pottering and painting. Slightly achey but nothing too scary.
