Banner Repeaters
Well it was a quiet day at work sitting spare nothing to do apart from showing a couple from Colarado to the correct bus stop for going to see the Royal Yacht Britannia at Ocean Terminal so it gave me a chance to show some visitors some Scottish hospitality in our friendly city anyhow my blip for today was waiting at Inverkeithing for Sandra around 23:00hrs so I took this shot of the Banner Reapeater signals these signals are used when you dont have a extended view of the signal ahead or if a structure obscures a signal then they put repeaters in so when they are in the horizontal position that means the signal for which these apply is ON (RED) If it is in the 11:25 position then it means the signal is showing a proceed aspect 1 yellow,2yellows or a green
another tool in the arsenal to help drivers with there driving to reduce the chances of a SPAD Signal Passed At Danger
