Sunday: Studebaker

It was another gloriously warm day so we took the ferry over to spend the day on Bowen Island. It's only a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay and easy enough to go over as a foot passenger. We had to catch a slightly later ferry than the one intended as everyone else had the same idea and we had trouble finding a parking space.

We walked to the beach and from there headed to a trail which took us to Killarney Lake. K. and brother John went swimming but me, not so much. It was quite kelpy and full of lilies but they loved it. While heading to the trail we saw this parked up Studebaker with lots of toy trucks around it.

A late ferry back and then dinner on the patio. All in all, a lovely day.
