The Golden Hour....

We had a sudden shower last night followed by clearing skies and frost. So it was a chilly start for Maisie’s and my walk this morning. The sky was clear and clean and the “Golden Hour” after sunrise made for magical light. Maisie can be seen in the distance running towards me. She is a birthday girl today, turning three. Sam is back from Nelson and is on afternoon shift at Wairau Hospital all this week. Maisie loves him and is pleased he is back here.
